Greenstein, a Long Island resident from Rocky Point, claimed a whopping $1 million prize after playing the VIP Millions scratch-off game, New York Lottery officials announced.

He snagged the incredibly lucky ticket in Manorville, at the Prabhu Cards & Gifts located at 460 Country Road.

After paying Uncle Sam his cut, he received a lump sum payment of $651,000.

Greenstein apparently wasted no time celebrating his big win, if a recent social media post is any indication.

Just days before his win was publicly announced, the 53-year-old took to the Long Island Foodies Facebook group for some restaurant suggestions.

“Looking for the best Chinese takeout between Port Jefferson and Wading River,” he said. “If they have sushi too that would be a plus!”

No word on where Greenstein ultimately dined, but it's safe to assume he'll be eating good for the foreseeable future.

New York Lottery scratch-off games generated over $4.4 billion in total sales during fiscal year 2022-2023, lottery officials said.

Of that, school districts in Suffolk County received over $359.4 million in Lottery Aid to Education funds.

Players can check their tickets on the New York Lottery website.
